Meet Our Team

Molly is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  After high school, Molly attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. 

After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Molly returned home to South Dakota to attend law school at the University of South Dakota.  She received her Juris Doctor in May 2014 and graduated in the top ten percent of her class with Sterling Honors.  During law school, Molly was a member of the school’s trial team and competed in regional and national tournaments. 

Following law school, Molly was selected as the law clerk for the judges in the First Judicial Circuit.  During her clerkship, Molly was in the courtroom observing hearings and trials on a daily basis. She also reviewed hundreds of briefs and assisted the judges through researching legal issues and drafting decisions. 

Molly interned with Fuller, Williamson, Nelsen & Preheim during the summer of 2013.  After completing her clerkship, she joined the firm as an associate in August 2015.  She became a partner in 2021.  Molly’s practice includes a wide variety of litigation, including personal injury, professional liability, employment law, and family law. 

Outside of work, Molly gives back to the community by serving on the board for Family Visitation Center.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and three children.
