Meet Our Attorneys
William P. Fuller
Bill Fuller began practicing law in South Dakota in 1973. Bill's family has a long history in South Dakota's legal community. His father, Howell Fuller, was one of the founding partners of Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C., and his great-grandfather, Howard G. Fuller, sat on the South Dakota Supreme Court.
Hilary Williamson
Hilary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Sioux Falls. During her undergraduate career, she was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, was named the All-American Cross Country Scholar Athlete, and served as a Faculty Development Board Member.
Derek Nelsen
Derek graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He then attended law school at the University of South Dakota School of Law. As a testament to his writing and advocacy skills, Derek was simultaneously a Law Review Editor and a Moot Court Board Member during law school. Derek graduated from law school as a Sterling Honors Graduate and was the recipient of the Law School’s Gavel Award. After graduating, Derek clerked for the Honorable Justice Judith Meierhenry of the South Dakota Supreme Court.
Eric Preheim
Eric graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Dakota in 2006 and received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from the University of South Dakota School of Law. In law school, Eric received the top grade in Insurance, Civil Procedure, Evidence, Appellate Advocacy, Commercial Law, Contracts, and several other classes. He also graduated law school with Sterling Honors and was selected as the Lexis Award recipient by the law school faculty. After law school, Eric clerked for the Honorable Karen Schreier, the Chief Judge of the Federal District Court of South Dakota.
Molly Beck
Molly is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After high school, Molly attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Andy Fick
Andy joined Fuller Williamson in 2018. He attended college at the University of South Dakota, where he studied English, Political Science, and Criminal Justice. He also attended law school at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law - graduating at the top of his class. While in law school, Andy was an editor for the South Dakota Law Review and President of the law school’s trial team.
